I called on a Friday evening and Mike came within the hour, replacing a mailbox lock and key for the exact price he quoted me, which was about half as expensive as my building management quoted me for a different locksmith. Mike was friendly, very responsive via text, and showed up exactly when he said he would. If you need locksmith services, I think the prices here are about as low as you'll find in the Brooklyn/NYC area.

Mike was great, he arrived in 30 mins and got me into the bedroom i was locked out of within 10 mins. Gave me a the lowest cost compared to the other lock smiths around. Quoted me a price via phone and the price didn't change he arrived (some places quote one thing and charge another). Overall great experience and recommended

I locked myself out of apartment in Chelsea - Broadway Locksmith was extremely helpful and very fast and responsive. They showed up within 25 minutes of my call despite heavy traffic, and unlocked the door easily within minutes of arriving. They also replaced the key in my door very quickly and easily. Mike was the best - efficient, friendly, patient, and gave me the lowest price. I had a top lock (deadbolt) installed. He came super quickly (within 25 minutes of me contacting!) and explained to me what he was doing - even had me test it out for myself to alleviate any doubts.
