Hansel arrived earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise. They installed 6 lorex cameras along with lorex doorbell. Hansel and his coworker were efficient and provided valuable advice on camera placement and angles. They also cleaned up after themselves once the work was completed. If you want good professional quality from a local business, this is the place! Hanzel is great at what he does and has integrity. I had him install 4 cameras that I had bought. Later that week, my power went out and I had to ask if he could come back and show me how to reprogram the cameras. He showed up the next day and he showed me how the app worked and reprogrammed the cameras in less than 30 minutes. I'll be giving them my business again when I build my house. Thank you!

Hansel was great to work with. My husband and I moved to a new home in December. The home already had existing cameras and wifi extenders that we needed to get set-up. I reached out to Hansel in January and he got back to me that same day. He was at our house setting everything up within the week. One of the cameras didn't work and Hansel offered a replacement at a reasonable price. The camera Hansel provided seems to be even better quality than the cameras we already had. I would not hesitate to work with Hansel again. I highly recommend this business!

Hansel and his crew just set up our security cameras today and I am more than happy! I reached out to him via Yelp message and he was very quick with his replies. He gave me a time frame and he was there as promised. It took a little more than 7 hours for them to install 8 hardwired security cameras plus setting everything up. Hansel also told me they do alarms for residential and commercials. Thank you Hansel and crew!

Hansel was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing our home cameras. We are very satisfied. After the job was completed and we had some questions he was very prompt at replying back. He came out on two occasions to troubleshoot an issue with our cameras, which was due to my error. We heard of Dr Computer through a friend. I emailed them and received a personal phone call within a few hours the same day. They were very informative and answered every question we had. We had security cameras installed by Hansel this weekend and were more than pleased with his service! He was able to come out within the same week that we called, which was great.
The cameras are great quality, and you can tell the installation is professionally done. We haven't seen any price that can beat his! He explained everything after installing and helped us understand the DVR, all of the different options, and setting up on our phone. We've already recommended his service to several people. They were great all around!

First off, as an IT guy, it pains me when I come to a task I either can't do myself or a task like this one that I did not want to tackle. Luckily, I found Hansel and Dr. Computer Service. Working within my schedule, Hansel came by my house and did a walkthrough at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday to ensure we were on the same page as to what I needed done.
We set a time on Friday to start work. They showed up on time, got to work and by Friday afternoon all the cable runs and most of the cameras were mounted. They came back Saturday and finished up. I noticed some issues with the cabling ends not being crimped properly. I pointed it out to Hansel who corrected those minor issues quickly. Hansel is professional, courteous and hard working.
I got quick, honest, and affordable service for a task I've been putting off for about a year. My neighbor was so impressed that they are considering having Hansel install cameras at their house. Thanks Hansel!
