If you have a monitored system, wait for the fire department to arrive and confirm that there is not a fire.
They will not want you to silence the system until they have confirmed it is safe to return.
A supervisory signal is caused by an activation of a tamper valve, a duct detector, or other mid-priority event.
We recommend immediately checking to determine the condition and correct it.
This will not result in the fire department being dispatched.
Hitting acknowledge or silence (depending on the panel) will silence the condition for 24 hours.
